Treatment Approach

My treatment approach is centered on the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to support you in discovering your strengths and potential. I use a person-centered, strength-based framework, integrating aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage anxious thoughts and emotions. These evidence-based practices are combined with mindfulness techniques, which promote greater self-awareness and calm.

Together, we'll work on building resilience, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering a deeper connection to your values, empowering you to navigate your personal challenges with confidence and achieve lasting well-being.
